A small selection of work while working in house at Flock Freight. I dedicated my efforts to the comprehensive revitalization of the brand. I played a pivotal role in establishing structural frameworks and processes, providing a clear roadmap for the brand's evolution and expansion. My responsibilities at Flock extended to directing brand development, supervising a team of freelancers, and orchestrating the successful launch of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and brand campaigns. During my time we successfully launched brand campaigns including winning a Cannes Lion.
